IMO being able to cast a link cantrip every round is much less restrictive. This is stronger than the level 20 class feat Eternal Boost. The Synthesist Dedication should not give Reinforce Eidolon. The existing class archetype dedications offer relatively minor benefits that basically round out the class, while this gives a whole extra class feat.

The summoner itself still has plenty of solid one-action options, from basic movement to boost eidolon to demoralize. Having your fey eidolon cast a spell and then following it up with boost eidolon and a strike is not a much weaker turn compared to cantrip->strike->strike, especially if the spell is a strong buff or debuff.
Summoners and their Eidolons share actions, Hit Points, and proficiencies (with exceptions ). They can share senses and runes from armor and handwraps of mighty blows or invested magical weapons. They don't share anything else unless a rule specifically says so. The Eidolon in your example would not get Sneak Attacker or Uncanny Dodge.
